Sales Enablement Manager

The Impact you Will Have:

The Sales Enablement Manager is an essential role in Crucial Learning’s Growth (Revenue and Customer Experience) organization. The Manager is responsible for the onboarding, enablement and success of our revenue selling teams. This role will be specifically tasked with improving sales performance, shortening ramp times, reporting, and driving efficiencies through processes and training gains.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coach and train revenue teams on best practices and sales methodologies.
  • Iterate and enhance the current sales onboarding program with a goal to shorten ramp time.
  • Team with Product Marketing to drive training on new collateral, messaging, positioning, and competitive battlecards.
  • Manage and improve the various sales playbooks and enablement resources.
  • Partner with the Sales Leadership team to drive performance coaching, improve on skill gaps, train technologies and processes.
  • Help develop, schedule, and deliver various sales enablement training sessions.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to leverage data to make improved data driven decision making on a team-by-team basis.
  • Create a feedback loop to technology teams to improve “quality of life” for our revenue functions.
  • Able to travel 10-15% for in-person trainings.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 5 years' experience managing sales and revenue enablement
  • Track record of establishing and managing sales KPI’s and using data to drive decisions
  • Deep knowledge of SFDC for forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI reporting
  • Well-organized, strong communication skills, and ability to lead and influence direct and indirect reports with high motivation for continuous improvement
  • Analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning, and execution skills
  • Excels in a fast-paced and continually evolving environment
  • Must be able to attend in-person company events at least once a year
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $95,000– $120,000 annually with the opportunity to participate in a variable incentive plan. The actual base salary offered will depend on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
